This 17 page document, on website development, was written and designed by myself and formed part of a supporting briefing to the HCIMA's Small Business Seminar on Web Marketing — for which I designed the initial advertising campaign.
The metaphor of construction workers and machinery was used to convey the concept of building. The visual style of the cover was a logical addition to the marketing material for the seminar which was produced (such as the advert and postcard).
