Description
Property Investment Expertise are a consultancy for those wishing to embark on purchasing property in Romania.
Their original logo depicted a pie segment and the highlighted words 'PIE'.
Taking this starting point I created a more dynamic and contained marque with supporting typography providing a confident and stable company (trust is a big thing when parting with huge sums of money).
Colour played a role in emphasising not only the stability and trustworthiness of the company but also interest and excitement (using red).
Two versions of the logo were created, one stacked for general use and a long version for banners or areas where vertical space is limited.
