Created in 1889, the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) is the international organization that brings together the representatives of parliaments of sovereign States. This cover (and rear) was commissioned by the organisation for a report into equality in politics. Two covers were produced one English and one French with different colour schemes.

Additionally, CD covers were produced to accompany the report which used the cover designs as a basis.
