Brief and response

Enfield-based Carterhatch Junior School needed a refreshed identity that reflected their core values. The pupils were closely involved from the start, providing sketches and ideas which formed the basis of the new logo. The final design was chosen by the School Parliament, ensuring pupils felt real ownership.

The finished logo highlights mutual support among pupils, emphasising their personal and academic growth. Subsequently, I created a colour palette and applied the logo to signage, stationery, presentations, wall art, a newsletter masthead, and a set of branding guidelines.
