Cap City Dental are a leading City-based dentist who wanted to promote their practice and office space to potential investors/practitioners. One of the brochure’s main themes was its central location within the City of London and the benefits this proximity has for dentists and, importantly, patients. Additionally, the practice’s potential for revenue, as well as key facts and figures, helps reinforce the brochure’s message.
The cover uses concentric circles with circular images depicting the key businesses in the surrounding area, and the practice. This evokes the sense of a universe with Cap City at the centre and key landmarks/elements orbiting it. This visual theme runs throughout the brochure which is also supported by ‘Facts’ of Cannon Street, highlighting its historical context.
