A website on a budget with the presentation to rival its competitors.
William Curtis is an established garden designer in the Cotswolds who sought to improve his brand to be competitive with larger organisations and attract high-end customers.
Due to budgetary constraints I proposed using an online web builder service to establish a base framework from which I would develop the branding and general style of the site. Additionally, functionality was added in the form of a plant ordering form as well as an availability calendar so potential clients can see William’s availability during the year.
The homepage uses a video they had produced behind the introductory area in order to create interest and texture.
I employed a copywriter, Al Hidden, to craft the words for the website in order to clarify the offering and provide an appropriate tone of voice.
For the mobile version I introduced three key buttons which sit at the bottom of screen for immediate access to important sections (Services, Gallery and Contact).
